EZTattoo provides One Year Warranty to All of the EZTattoo Product that being sold from the Date Of Purchase either on our Online Store or Authorized Distributor Worldwide. If you find your product is malfunction within the warranty term, please contact our After-Sales Team : sales@eztattooing.com.

- Grips do not fit with EZ Cartridges
- Malfunction after sterilization (under proper sterilization instruction)
- Malfunction within the warranty period
- Loosen of the adapter
- Malfunction within the warranty period (under proper usage)
- Open the sealing part of machine by your own.
- Body of the machine are being scratched badly.
- Accidentally drop the machine (either on the floor or inside the liquid)
- Tamper with the motor.
- Tattoo machine cannot work due to human factor (Misuse, Abuse or Unauthorized Modification)
- Malfunction of the grip due to sterilization exceed the specified temperature.
- Damage to the product due to human factor (Misuse, Abuse or Unauthorized Modification)

- Damage to the product caused by an external electrical fault or any accident.
