For International Orders (Shipped from China Warehouse):

    • Orders from all regions will receive delivery services. All orders will be shipped from China to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Russia, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Brazil, Chile, Cambodia, Israel, Vietnam, New Zealand, Mexico, Turkey, etc.

    Customs and Import Taxes:

    • Customers are responsible for customs fees and assisting with customs clearance. We can provide technical support, but the customer needs to pay import taxes.

    Lost or Misplaced Orders:

    • If the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it:
      • Check if any family members signed for the receipt.
      • If not found, contact the shipping company to report the loss and provide the order certificate and tracking code for investigation.
      • Contact us as soon as possible at support@eztattooing.com.
      • If no response from the shipping company, directly apply for compensation and file a claim.

    • EZ TATTOO SUPPLY is not responsible for stolen goods or packages not signed for a long time. Please ensure timely receipt of your package.
    • If the package is lost, contact us immediately. An investigation may take at least 30 days with the shipping company to confirm the details.

    Shipping Disclaimer:

    • Uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather, catastrophic events, and the COVID-19 pandemic may cause unexpected delays. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
    • Some carriers may not communicate by phone and might deliver to your door or mailbox directly. If undelivered, it may be placed at the local post office.
