How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders need 1 to 2 working days for processing, except during peak seasons. Delivery time then depends on your region and the shipping method available at checkout.

How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account or check the tracking email sent after shipment. EZ Tattoo Supply order status usually moves through three stages:
- Pending: payment has not cleared yet. The order cannot move forward until payment is completed.
- Processing: payment is complete and the order is being prepared. Changes may still be possible if the package has not shipped.
- Completed: the order has shipped or is ready for delivery. Changes are usually no longer possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Can you ship to a P.O. box?
No. EZ Tattoo Supply cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Use a complete street address where the carrier can deliver and contact you if needed.
What if I used an old address by mistake?
Contact the courier immediately and email support with your order number. If the address entered at checkout matches the shipping label, the customer is responsible for working with the courier to forward or recover the package.

What happens to my warranty after repair?
Replacement parts may receive a new 6-month warranty. Wearing parts are not included. Support can confirm the exact coverage for your repair case.

Can I send a defective machine to the place of purchase?

Where are devices repaired?
Many machines are repaired by EZTATTOOING in mainland China. Use the repair request page or support email first so the team can confirm whether your device should be shipped there.

Why do I need to provide email and phone information for a repair?
Email is needed for repair updates and follow-up questions. A phone number can help if the courier has delivery trouble or if the repair team needs to clarify something quickly. EZ usually tries email first.

What voltage should I run on an EZ tattoo machine?
There is no single correct voltage for every artist. Voltage depends on technique, stroke, needle grouping, cartridge resistance, hand speed, and the surface you are working on. As a practical starting range, many EZ machines are tested around 5 to 9 volts, then adjusted by feel and result.
Use lower voltage when the machine is hitting too hard for fine work or the skin/practice surface is getting overworked. Increase carefully when the machine feels weak, lines are not consistent, or larger groupings need more drive. Always test on practice skin before changing your setup on skin.
What power source should I use with EZ tattoo machines?
Use a clean, stable, high-quality power supply or compatible EZ power product. A stable current helps machine performance and can support longer machine life. Avoid low-quality power supplies that fluctuate under load.
My machine feels weak. What should I check first?
