Not the best battery, but best customer service!!

The battery dies very quickly. I work part time (2-3 days a week) and have gone through two batteries in the last two months. They eventually stop charging, even when plugged in, and then they refuse to turn on after. Even if I plug it in, no screen will show. Not even the 0% screen. I'm not sure if I'm just unlucky or what, but these batteries do not work for me. It really sucks because I love the machine, but I can't use it if the batteries aren’t consistant.

EDIT: Customer service is extremely helpful! They helped me through the issue and are sending a new battery. I’m in love with the tattoo machine and the company, I hope this battery works for longer than the other two.
