I just purchased this and it just came in the mail. I opened the box and unfortunately I only received one battery inside which does work but I paid for two. I live in Canada so I had to pay $25 for import duty fee. I reached out via email and I’m hoping they get back to me and send me a new battery and hopefully I don’t have to pay for duty import fee again. It is a great product this is my second p3pro I highly do recommend this machine to anyone in the business. Would be great if someone could get back to me about the missing battery.

I love the machine but my battery stopped charging after a few weeks
I have a P3 Pro, but I couldn't find access to the Bluetooth app, does it exist or is it just to sell more?
I ended up ordering the P3 Pro and it came with the broken battery. I called up there and I got perfect customer service not only the day walk me through everything they sent me a new battery. I couldn't be more happy with the gun. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service. This is 10 star service. They're the best.
